In June/ July a group of
children gathered for a summer camp in Southern Germany to
experience Africa. They played and made drums, cooked on the
fire and created African-inspired works of art. With the money they raised from
selling their work they bought wooden puzzles, balloons and
sweets for the children of the Masiphumelele Day and After Care.
The presents were handed over to the children in Masiphumelele
on December 6th 2008 to their great delight.
How wonderful when the children of the world work together like
this!
